We love how the overhead cupboards are not as deep as the side wardrobes, and the shelf underneath is the same depth of the cupboards. It looks like the head/pillow area is not underneath allowing for space around us. Perhaps we would have the overhead cupboards not as high so more space between the shelf and cupboard for accessories and lighting effects. Plus more space between the side wardrobes and bed to allow a little side shelf/table bit?
