I’m excited about how perfect these turned out, best believe I’ll be making them weekly 😋

INGREDIENTS 
2 cups cake flour
Pinch of salt
5 Tablespoons of butter, melted
1 cup freshly boiled water (as soon as the kettle clicks)
METHOD
1. Sift flour and salt into a bowl then stir in melted butter until you have wet sticky crubms. Then add freshly boiled water and stir until dough comes together. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead until dough is very soft. Then cover dough with a damp cloth and allow to rest for 30mins 
**allowing the dough to rest makes for very soft roti**
2. Cut into equal size balls, this recipe makes 8.
