We opted for open shelving in the part of the Kitchen that is visible from the front entrance area/ hallway to give the space a welcoming homey feel. Appliances like microwave, Keurig and laundry machines are tucked away.We opted for white appliances to make them "disappear" or at least not seem so prominent.

We have a before and after reveal of a laundry room drop zone that got way more functional thanks to a new wall of board and batten and modern black hooks.
