Historical and charming Longwood Gardens in Pennsylvania is a botanical delight year-round, but the Christmas season is the best time to visit. Here's why.

One of my favorite traditions that started sometime as a kid was visiting Longwood Gardens in southeastern Pennsylvania during the holiday season.

I went to Longwood to photograph my friend Valerie Bailey's Victorian caroling ensemble and did some very low-light shooting with the D7000 and a variety of lenses.
