We have some nice parchment paper here. Alright, after your pizza dough is spread out, we're going to put down some American singles. I'm using craft singles here but you can use Velveeta, whatever kind of cheese you want and there we go. Now, we're going to get one pound of cooked and drained ground beef. We're just going to put it right on top here. I'm going to spread it out with my hands. So, it doesn't have to be too perfect here. Just going to go side to side. Put a nice layer of this beautiful burger meat down we're going to season this with a little bit of salt some black pepper and I'm going to show you how to make a delicious burger sauce we're going to put a little bit of mayo in there a little bit of ketchup gotta use Heinz ketchup some yellow mustard and then my secret ingredient is just a little bit of pickle juice like that not too much give that a little mix look at that color you guys this is just like a copycat in and out sauce we're just going to take a little bit of that and just go through and just drizzle on. Doesn't have to be any order. Since this is a burger roll, a little bit goes a long way. Now, I have six slices of crispy crispy bacon. Just going to break em up with my hands. Sprinkle them on top. Gotta be crispy. You guys know I love my crispy bacon. Now, I have half an onion that I've sauteed until it was caramelized. Delicious caramelized onion. Actually, I'm only going to use about a fourth of an onion. Now, we're going to get some mixed cheese. We're like this thing extra, extra cheesy. When we roll up this burger roll, we want that cheese to melt and keep everything together. Alright, now to roll this thing, you can just grab the parchment liner underneath to get it started and we're just going to press this down all into itself and peel back. Just going to roll this thing. Pinching the edges and rolling. This thing is massive. There we go. Seal the edges here and then flip it over. Boom. Look at that. Beautiful burger roll. We are going to get some melted butter. I have about half a stick of melted butter here. We're just going to brush it on top. Wanna coat this whole thing. Let it drip down the sides, the ends. Look at that. Alright, once we have buttered our bun, we are going to get a little bit of garlic powder. Just a little bit for flavor. Sprinkle it on top and the crown jewel is the sesame seeds. Lots of sesame seeds. We're going to bake this in a 400 degree oven. Come back and cut into this beautiful meal. Alright, it's been about 25 minutes and our burger log is completely cooked. Look at how beautiful that looks, you guys. We're going to grab our special burger slicer tool and just hit this a few times into these nice handheld pieces. Look at that you guys. Let's transfer this to our decorative plate. Oh Oh my gosh. Just wait til you see the reveal these beautiful burger roll up pieces. We're just going to put a few out like that. Grab some of your ketchup. Right over the top. Of course, we're going to hit it with some of that yellow mustard again. And there we have our delicious burger roll up. Let's try it out. That is so good.
Meatloaf lasagna
You’ve had shepherd’s pie, you might have even already had meatloaf casserole, but have you had Meatloaf Lasagna? The way I layered the beefy meatloaf mixture with cheese, mashed potatoes, green onions, and bacon made me think of my lasagna recipe, but less Italian and more cozy comforting delicious!
