Come make a patriotic grapevine with me! Make sure your sound is on ☺️❤️🇺🇸💙 Find available designs and learn about my designs school here... | By Kandi's | Come make a patriotic grapevine with me. Today we're going to use a sixteen inch oval grapevine and we're going to use this bunting sash. You can kind of look up on Amazon or Google for these. You can also look up scarfs on Amazon and find some really cool ones to use as well. I just wrapped mine around the grapevine and just tie it off on the side where I want to add my bow. Next I'm just going to take various ribbons and make a bow to add over there on the left side where we tied it off. After I get my bow made, I'm just going to slip the zip tie through part of the grapevine and I'm just going to layer my bow up there and just kind of slip the zip tie through the middle of my bow and secure it that way. Alright, we're going to just trim off the zip tie and give this bow a good fluffing and then we're going to go in and dovetail the ends for a clean finish. Next, I'm going to thread another zip tie through the bottom of the grapevine and we're going to waterfall this two and 1 half inch ribbon down at the bottom. Next I'm going to go in with two stems of variegated bicus. I'm just going to trim this up and just proportion this all around the bow. Next I'm going to take these two greenery picks. They have three pieces on each and I'm going to trim them to come off into six pieces and I'm just going to work them in and layer them over the variegated picus. After I pull them off of the pick, I like to cut them flush so they will go in my grapevine easier. Alright, now that we got this base greened up, we're going to start going in with our flowers. I'm going to go in with some red peonies from Jam Designs and Supplies and these are actually a fall red peony bush but being that this is Americana style, this actually works perfect with this color scheme. Alright, now that we got red in, we're going to go in with white peonies from Jam Designs and Supplies as well. I have some white filler left from the white peony bush. We're just going to save that to the end. Next we're going to go in with some navy peony bush and this is going to be a red, white, and blue theme. Can you see how we're just tearing out the red at the top, the white in the middle, and the navy blue at the bottom. Last we're going to finish this off with some filler bush from Michael's. I love the flirtiness of this and we're just going to put the pops of white all throughout to kind of brighten it up. We're just going to work it all in between the florals on the inner and outer of the bow and all the windows of the greenery. Remember the white pieces of filler that we saved from the peony bush? We are going to go in and just sprinkle those in where we might need a little pop of something extra. That's why I saved them to the end to just keep to fill in my holes and such. Alright guys. Here is what we made. I think it's super easy and I believe you could do it too. And I would love it if you would tag me if you do.
