Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed) 4 large eggs ½ cup heavy cream (or milk) ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, gruyère, or feta) ½ cup cooked bacon, ham, or sautéed veggies (spinach, bell peppers, onions) 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional) ½ tsp salt & pepper Fresh parsley or chives (for garnish) Instructions: Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut Pastry into small circles and press into a greased mini muffin tin. Prepare Filling: Whisk eggs, cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese and cooked ingredients. Fill & Bake: Spoon the mixture into the pastry shells, filling about ¾ full. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Cool & Serve: Let them cool slightly before serving.
