Cheesy Velveeta Beef & Bowtie Pasta Recipe Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 small onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle) 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained 1 cup beef broth 1/2 cup milk 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed Salt and pepper, to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Directions: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and milk. Bring to a simmer, then add the uncooked bowtie pasta. Stir to combine. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has absorbed. Stir in the Velveeta cheese cubes until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
