General Shipping Terms

1. Processing Time: 1-2 business days before shipment.
   
2. Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days.
   
3. Faster Shipping: 3-5 business days.
   
4. All timeframe excludes weekends and holidays. In the event of unexpected circumstances such as holidays, warehouse overflow, address issues, delivery failures, or customs clearance, etc, it may take an additional 2-3 business days or more to fulfill your order.  We will make every effort to resolve any delivery issues promptly and appreciate your patience and understanding.
5. The prices on our website do not include any taxes. For orders shipped to the U.S., customs duties may apply depending on the package value. Import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Customers from the US, Canada and Europe countries require tax number.

U.S. Tariff Policy (Update)

As of April 2025, the United States has implemented new tariff policies under President Trump’s administration. These nationwide import tariffs affect all international shipments entering the U.S., including packages shipped from our warehouses.

What does this mean for you (for U.S. orders)?

You will be required to pay an import tax ($100–$200) when your package is delivered. By placing an order, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that import duties, if charged, are the customer’s responsibility.
