Recorded On An 11 Year Old Pc Using 16 Track Cubase Le Through A Behringer Xenyx Qx1202 4 Track Mixer.

I have a great love for Hawkwind's output from 1971 to 1975 so when I accidentally wrote a riff that lended itself to space rock, I put it to one side for later. Then after listening to Warrior On The Edge Of Time intensively for a few weeks I developed a fascination with the motorik beat. A few months later I had virtually no work for a month so I resolved to create a motorik beat and see what I could create to go with it. Then I dug that riff back out. This EP was pretty much all written organically starting from an individual beat or riff and developed in layers over a month when I had the house empty and could do some recording.
Lyrically, we live in a world full of hateful bigots and techno-tyrants developing a sinister use for technology to enslave us rather than free us. Is it any wonder I want to escape? Fire up the rockets, man.
