HI

Many months later of tweaking the site in tiny ways, I wanna update the updates, and have a date on the front page that is from the current year. I just haven't really wanted to make yet another update saying "I'm working on some stuff that might come to fruition someday," so I've been posting little things on my status.cafe instead.

That being said, I am gonna be making new sections of the site live pretty soon, and I'm getting some help and input from my dear friend Jordan with optimizing code and improving the design of the site in general.

Apart from small stuff here and there, I'll save making another update for when I've actually finished one of the things I've been working on. But I want people to know I'm still here! Just quiet. And I have some lovely messages in my guestbook and chatbox that have made me smile which I wanna respond to.

I've been toiling away at the site all month, so I feel I should mention the changes coming - mainly, I'm definitely tidying up the layout. Not drastically, but I wanna improve it in a lot of ways. I just don't like it right now.
I'm also revamping the Resources page to more explicitly say that it's a page for links to resources, since I also use the word to refer to assets and stuff from games that I upload here. Really, I'm just thinking about how to improve the entire site overall.
Some other stuff is in the works that I can't remember right this moment, but new art is coming, as well as probably a gallery revamp. Also working on the OC section of the site, which is...giving me several headaches.

First things first: I'm gonna be reworking both my journal and my updates to have actual posts instead of a single HTML page with paragraphs taped onto it. Probably journal first, since I've been meaning to write some new entries for a bit now...and I got a nice comment in my guestbook about it. ;v; I also have some new art coming up soon, and some navigation stuff will be more organized...soon. Not much of an update but I do be workin on stuff.

Huh, it looks like Fridays are my update days. I don't do that on purpose but here we are!

I've updated a bunch of pages just with current info, more of my links and ways to contact me, and most importantly I made the About page even less stupid looking (and added a lot more info to it). The Now page is current, and I will be working on some art stuff soon. I am suffering from Clair Obscur brainrot.

I still have to update my Resources and Buttons pages. Why do I keep forgetting that.

Resources, Friends and Extracted Graphics pages updated. Gonna be considering some new layouts, or at least just improving on readability around the site. Bleh I'm super tired today.

The site now has a Site Map! It looks lame but it's functional. And I'm pretty sure my RSS feed works properly now, but feel free to poke me if there are any issues.

More stuff is being added in the Traditional Art section, and I really need to get to tidying up the Directory page. And maybe actually look at my To-Do list instead of running on whims.

Please laugh at all my test entries from when I was trying to figure it out. I know I'm still not doing it in the most optimal way, but I find the bumbling to be the fun part of website-ing. Improvements will come eventually...but please feel free to gently bug me if you find that my feed is hurting you to look at.

And so, there are new things in the Traditional Art section, and more soon to be added, since I've been scanning a lot of stuff lately!
