  1. Returns policy:
    • Damaged/Defective Goods: Notify us within 14 days and return the items for a replacement or refund.
    • Post-Warranty Defects: We may, at our discretion, accept returns of items outside warranty and may charge for repairs and shipping.
    • Our Mistake: If make an error when picking your order, we will rectify it as detailed above.
    • Order inquiries made 6 months post-purchase may not be entertained.
  2. We may or may not fulfill customer orders based on stock availability, quality control inspection and other factors.
