“Iepazīsti tehnoloģijas” ir bezmaksas Riga TechGirls izglītības programma, kas radīta cilvēkiem bez iepriekšējas IT pieredzes. Programma palīdz iepazīt informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju (IKT) nozari, attīstīt digitālās prasmes un spert pirmos soļus ceļā uz karjeru tehnoloģiju jomā.
Programma ir pieejama ikvienam – neatkarīgi no vecuma, izglītības vai iepriekšējās pieredzes. Mācības notiek latviešu valodā un ir pilnībā bez maksas.
Pieteikšanās atvērta līdz 21. septembrim plkst. 23.59.
AI Pathways to Employment
The world of work is changing fast, and AI is becoming part of every job search. AI Pathways to Employment helps job-seekers in Latvia build practical, in-demand AI skills — for free — so they can search smarter, apply stronger, and interview with confidence.
SheCanAI – From vulnerable roles to AI implementation specialists.
12 months (300+ hours of expected participation)
SheCanAI is a 12-month reskilling program run by Riga TechGirls and Smartworkacademy, designed to prepare women for roles in AI implementation.
During this 12 months program, 100 women in Estonia and 100 women in Latvia will:
- gain access to free AI training
- build a local network of fellow learners, mentors, and recruiters
- develop the soft skills needed to support a successful career transition

Riga TechGirls ir izveidojusi jaunu programmu – Digitālā jauda. Attālināta, pašvadīta apmācību programma latviešu valodā, īpaši veidota uzņēmumu komandām, kas vēlas attīstīt plašākas digitālās prasmes, ne tikai apgūt atsevišķus rīkus.
Apgūsti tādas tēmas kā pārmaiņu vadība, digitālā lēmumu pieņemšana, datu privātums, kiberdrošība, MI produktivitātei un vēl vairāk.
