Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders totaling $75 or more (after discounts and before applicable taxes).

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or a similar shipping method of our choosing.

Shipping rates for non-qualifying orders are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows a delivery issue or excessive delay, please contact the carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to assist.

Preorders

All items ordered together will be charged at the time of the order. Items will be shipped together when all items in the order are in stock. To have items shipped as they become available, place multiple orders. Preorders cannot be canceled once placed. All details, including release dates, artwork, packaging, special features, and pricing, are subject to change without notice.
