ROOT 97 is back, bigger and badder than ever before with a mammoth album for Chapter 3. Our philosophy is to balance authentic golden era style tracks, and new neuro tracks with some of the vibes and funk of the old school to create a release that Golden Era purists and Neuro fans can both enjoy. With artists such as Scout 22 (Eatbrain, ProgRam), Nurve (GZ Audio, Eleven One One), Label boss BaSys, and some super talented up and coming artists. Such as the The Fi5th who had tracks played at Zombiecats storming set at Let It Roll 2022, Akuma who is a very talented musician and can add real emotion into heavy tracks in a unique way. Long time BaSys collaborator Bache brings his cinematic and authentic old school vibes to Triune. Rico a producer a lot of people rate very highly within the scene brings some Virus style vibes with modern heavyness and clarity. Scaramanga is Mr. classic, think Virus Hardware synth sampled into an Emu and then put through a Mackie desk, he has an album worth of Virus style bangers going to be unleashed on the scene in the near future.
