Vegan Junk Food : Buffalo ranch vegan chicken burger
20min · 2 servings Ingredients • 1 pack of Quorn Spicy Buffalo fillets • Vegan brioche buns Ice gem lettuce For the vegan Buffalo honey glaze: • 2 Tbsp maple syrup 1 Tbsp Hot sauce For the Buffalo sauce: • 1/2 cup soaked cashews • 1 Veg stock cube with 100ml hot water • 4 Tbsp Hot sauce • 1 Tbsp vegan butter • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast • 1/2 Tsp garlic powder • 2 Tsp tahini Salt and pepper For the Ranch slaw: • Half a red cabbage • 1 Carrot • Half a red onion • 3 Tbsp vegan mayo • 1 Tsp Dried dill • 1 Tsp dried parsley • 1/2 Tsp garlic powder • Juice of a lemon • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast Salt and pepper Method: • 1. Start by cooking your quorn spicy Buffalo fillets to packet instructions. • 2. Now mix all the ranch dressing ingredients in a jar and then c
