This effect is called Photocopy and here’s how to achieve it in Photoshop! 📎Add your photo and convert it to a smart object. 📎Add the halftone effect, and set the mode to Line. 📎Experiment with Line size to your liking. 📎The next effect we’ll add is Graphic Pen, and some Grain. 📎The settings depend on your picture and how intense you want the effect to look. 📎Set the Grain Type to a horizontal more realistic photocopy effect. 📎Finally, add a slight vhs or noise texture and reduce its opacity.
