Crispy Cauliflower Burger 📝 Recipe for 6 burgers: Ingredients: 1 small head of cauliflower 250 g chickpeas 340 g oat flakes 1 tbsp mustard 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp agave syrup Breading 1: Flour Breading 2: 200 ml vegan cream, 2 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp tomato paste Breading 3: Chopped cornflakes Side dish: Burger buns Habanero Sauce Iceberg lettuce, vegan mayo, gherkins. -Comment for the full recipe.
Cabbage Fat-burning Soup
Chop the cabbage, onion, carrots, bell peppers, and celery. Mince the garlic. In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes until soft. Stir in the carrots, bell peppers, and celery. Cook for another 5 minutes. Add the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth. Mix well. Sprinkle in the basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until all the veggies are tender. Taste the soup and adjust the seasonings if needed. You can add hot sauce for some heat. Serve warm. Enjoy your tasty Cabbage Fat-burning Soup!
