Beef Tartare Ingredients: • 200 g beef fillet • 2 anchovies • 3 capers • 1 pickled cucumber • ½ finely chopped onion • Olive oil • Salt • 1 egg yolk • 1 tablespoon soy sauce Directions: 1. Cut the beef fillet into small cubes and then finely chop. 2. In a bowl, mix the chopped beef with anchovies, capers, pickled cucumber, chopped onion, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, egg yolk, and soy sauce. 3. Mix

Easy cocktail garnish diy/tutorial : coral tuile
- Coral Tuile Garnish Tutorial - Made these for the first time the other day and I want to put them on everything now 😅 They are so beautiful, easy to make, and you can play around with the color and shape to fit exactly what you’re looking for. To make: • - combine 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, and 1 unleveled tablespoon of all purpose flour • - Mix very well • - If you want to make multiple colors, divide mixture and add food coloring of your choice • - Heat a quality nonstick pan to medium high heat (I’m using @ourplace pan) • - Add a tablespoon of mixture and let it boil • - Once it starts to get crispy and the edges curl up, use a spatula to remove the tuile from the pan • - Place tuile on a plate with a paper towel to soak up excess oil. Let cool completely

20min · 10 servings 90g Air 10g Tepung terigu 30g Minyak (Kalo bisa neutral oil, tapi minyak goreng juga bisa sih) Tinta cumi atau pewarna makanan pilihanmu Cara Membuat: 1. Masukan semua bahan kecuali pewarna makanan 2. Mix dengan hand blender hingga menyatu rata 3. Pisahkan ke beberapa wadah kecil biar bisa bikin banyak warna 4. Beri warna pada pada setiap mixture sesuai kebutuhan, tidak dikasih warna pun bisa saja 5. Siapkan wajan anti lengket 6. Panaskan dengan api kecil 7. Oleskan dengan sedikit minyak, ratakan dengan tissue 8. Masukan mixture ketika wajan sudah panas 9. Tunggu hingga matang, ya… agak lama sih 10. Jika sudah tidak meletup-letup, angkat dan sisihkan 11. Ulangi dengan warna yang lain 12. Tuile siap digunakan jika sudah tidak berminyak
