· 12 servings Keto Friendly Cake Pops 🎂😋 Counting your carbs and think you can’t have cake pops??? This is not only keto friendly, but it was easy to make and tasted amazing! No made from scratch cake for me! I used a cake mix, baked the cake, let it cool and then crumbled it into a bowl. Then I added the premade frosting kneading it in by hand. After that, I Just rolled into balls, placed on parchment paper and put the sticks in and set in the freezer for an hour. Chocolate coating is sugar free chocolate chips with some coconut oil melted in the microwave. I microwaved in 30 second intervals stirring in between so as not to burn.
