Steak with Béarnaise Sauce

Cooked till perfect, then made the simple but flavorful béarnaise sauce. This is like zesty butter that just makes everything taste good. Finish with some crispy potatoes and you have a winner. Steak Frites with Garlic Chili Butter
Steak Frites is one of those dishes that I get a craving for, so I made it with some Derek Wolf style with these Steak Frites with Garlic Chili Butter. Found some ribeye caps and rolled them together to make a massive ribeye cap pinwheel. Cooked up some fries in beef tallow, then made a garlic chili butter that we tossed the fries in before serving.
