Usually, it’s my crispy chickpeas that I default to for a quick healthy snack, but I keep seeing these air fried butter beans pop up on my feed and they are just as good!!

And a tin of butter beans is less than €1, so they are a great budget friendly snack too.
A fantastic source of fibre and protein and great as a crunch in salads or just on their own as a snack! 

And you can use whatever seasonings you like, I used some of my fave spices from @favouritfoods, the cajun and oregano.
 
Method:

Rinse and strain 1 tin of butter or cannelloni beans & leave to dry for a few minutes on some paper towel.
