Ingredients
* 1-1/2lb ground beef
* 2 tsp minced ginger
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
* Splash of sesame oil
* 1/4 cup water
* 2 tbsp cornstarch
* 4 green onions

Instructions
* Brown the ground beef along with the ginger and garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat, until beef is crumbled and cooked through. Drain any fat and return pan to stove top.
* Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce and sesame oil in a small dish and pour into ground beef mixture. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes to blend flavors. Meanwhile in a small dish combine the 1/4 cup water along with the 2 tbsp cornstarch.
