Putting in all the extra cracking for that bit of crab meat is ALWAYS worth it! Especially when it’s smothered in ginger scallion sauce like this 💣

RECIPE & INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: 
- Clean & detach/declaw 8 blue crabs 
- Transfer to a bowl & combine 1 cup of AP flour & 1/3 cup of cornstarch

STEP 2: 
- Fill fryer with oil and set to 375 degrees 
- Deep fry for 5-7 mins until golden & set aside 

STEP 3:
- Add 1.5 tbsp of oil to a skillet on med/high heat & add 2 tbsp garlic + sliced ginger & sauté for 2 mins then add the below ingredients 
- 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp of chicken bouillon powder
- 1.5 tbsp of black pepper
-  1/2 cup of water 
- 3 tsp of sugar
- 1.5 tbsp of sesame oil
