Holland, Michigan Theater - Knickerbocker Facade with Neon Sign 1989

This building was erected in the late teens or early '20's (I believe) for use as a Vaudeville theater house. In the next decade, a large Michigan theater chain, W. S. Butterfield Theaters (headquarters in Lansing) purchased this and turned it into the largest movie theater in town. They also built two other theaters in Holland.
