Store in Fridge upto 5 days
Store in Freezer upto 6 months 

Ingredients 
To Blend:
1. Shredded raw coconut: 1 cup
2. Roasted Chana dal/ chickpea lentil: 1/4 cup
3. Curd: 3 tbsp
4. Luke Warm Water: 2 tbsp
5. Green Chilli: 1
6. Ginger: 1/2 inch
7. Garlic cloves: 2
8. Salt to taste 
For Tempering:
1. Coconut oil: 2 tbsp
2. Curry leaves: 1 stalk
3. Dried Kashmiri Red Chilli: 2
4. Urad dal/ Black gram split: 1 tsp
5. Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
6. Hing/ asafoetida: 1/4 tsp 

Method:
1. Add all the mentioned ingredients into the blender until you get a smooth paste. Then Transfer into a glass bowl.
