Sometimes with these types of wayfinding, people will want to go to one store but then notice that the mall has another favorite store of theirs and they'll want to visit that as well. Also if the store is on the other side of the mall and you walk passed a store you like, most likely you'll also visit that store because you usually find good stuff in there. This is a great example of wayfinding in a mall. It contains both a digital and written out map. On the top it states what is on level one and what location is for parking. It also contains a digital wayfinder with a map on where stores, restaurants, restrooms and other parking is within the mall. Usually if someone is lost, these are spread throughout the mall to help people find their way around from where they are. This is a very efficient tool that helps many.
