Sindhi khorak is popular sweet in Sindhi Cuisine. It has plenty of benefits if it is consumed in right quantity. It is also considered as an auspicious sweet made during every occasion in Sindhi families. It is also recommended to have it during winters.

⬇️INGREDIENTS 
1 CUP PURE GHEE
3/4 CUP SUGAR POWDER
1+1/4 CUP WHEAT FLOUR 
1/2CUP Edible Gum/ gond
1/2 Cup Mawa/Khoya
1 CUP Grated coconut 
1 CUP Cahew,  almonds and raisins
 5-6 CARDAMOM Crushed
1 tbsp poppy seeds 
1 tbsp Haleem seeds (optional)

Method : In a kadhai, put ghee and  wheat flour. Roast until its gets light brown colour. Now add edible gum, let it puff properly. Now add all the dry fruits, coconut grated, car Khoya Recipe, Edible Gum, Light Brown Colour, Sugar Syrup, Cardamom Powder, Dry Fruits, Grated Coconut, Poppy Seeds, Brown Colour
