Two builds in two days? Well, the difference between my New Hashima cube and this living room - inspired by Marcin Otręba’s fantastic room designs on Instagram as well as here on Flickr - is that the cube took months and this took just six hours (which, for some, might seem a long time but trust me, there’s a lot more going on in terms of maths than it may seem). With this building I wanted to create a single-color house and instead of colors using a lot of structure on the facade. The building can be opened at the back and when fully opened, the two parts of the back expands the facade on the front and it becomes a 64 studs wide building. On the ground floor there is an architecture office and above that a large apartment. About 9700 bricks. Computer rendering but only existing bricks/colors were used.
