😉 If you're like MOST people, then yes, you do!

👍🏼 And that's okay and completely NORMAL

📍 Whichever side is your DOMINANT side usually sits LOWER and slightly more FORWARD compared to the opposite side because we use that side a LOT more with our everyday tasks (carrying, lifting, writing, mousing, reaching, etc)!

🚨 This DOES NOT need to be FIXED, so don't worry!

😎 No one is perfectly symmetrical, which is fine because small amounts of asymmetry have not been shown to correlate well with pain or injury

☝🏼 However, when asymmetries in strength and/or mobility become large and impede our ability to function in life, that can be an issue and may, at times, contribute to pain
