Onto my favorite kind of cheese, sliced mozzarella, coconut, and one per. Push it right on it and right on top of that cracker. I absolutely love mozzarella. This is such a fun, easy recipe. I can't wait for you to see how this turns out. It's a good start to a Italian dish. Yes, huh? Exactly. Do you remember when we found out about this one? We didn't have any bread. So, we used the Ritz. Yes. That was fun. We are on vacation but we didn't have bread. Alright. We have a big slice of buffalo mozzarella. Okay. Now, find your favorite pizza sauce or marinara and you're just going to put a dollop right on top. Just like so. You still want to see that cheese. And that's going to probably cook down a little bit. Yeah for sure. And I'm going to go ahead and do my own special favorite row. Cuz you know me. Oh wait we're not doing all red sauce huh? No. Mm mm. Oh. So I'm going to kind of break it up here. Because I have to have my pesto. Oh. I'm a torn person on this one. Sometimes I just want little variety. Little goes a long way though. It's a great color though. Oh it's so good. Pesto is my favorite. Oh it's just smells like spring to me. I just love it. Alright. Now right on top believe it or not. We're going to go in with some dry cheese. Parmesan. Parmesan radiano. I don't have a ton so I'm just going to make sure that I even it out. Just right out with that. And because that motz is probably going to melt down pretty nice too right? What does everyone think they're going to like more? The tomato or the pesto? I'm kind of a tomato guy. You love tomatoes. I don't know. You love tomatoes too but. I do but I like the pesto in this one, remember? I'm giving it away. Gonna add a little bit more seasoning right on top. Just some Italian herbs. And you you don't have to do it with the cracker. But it really gives a nice base. But if you're like keto or something you don't have to have that. Don't forget the pepper. I think I forgot to put it out. My bad. It's okay. We like crack. Also, alright. So, this is going to go right into the oven. How high? I have it at four twenty-five. Okay. Yeah, pretty high. Real quick. Alright. So that was 425 for about 8 minutes. Now it's super hot. You just want to let it rest. Okay, these have been sitting so it's nice and rested. I can't wait to get into it. They're super easy to get into. Just pop 'em open. Yum and you know, I'm going for that pesto first. Gotta get into it. Let me see that ritz under there. Look at. Oh my gosh. It's perfect. Mm. Can I see the inside? So much flavor. Just all that moss cheese. The pesto. Italian. Mm mm mm. Technically. I love these. Is it vegetarian? Wow. Are you going to try the red? I'm still eating this one but yeah. Alright. Time for the red one AKA. I think that's marinara. I think it was pizza sauce. Anyway. That one came together a little more. A little better. Ah. It's about two and a half ounces. Yes, that's right. That's right. Four thin slices. Of ham chopped up. Deli ham. And this is one cup of shredded cheddar. To that, we are adding some mayonnaise and this is a little over a third of a cup. We cut this one in half so the measurements aren't working out exactly. Next, we are adding some dijon mustard and this is one teaspoon Always very tasty. That's right. And a little more. And then lastly some bacon bits. This is going to be two and a half tablespoons. And then we're going to mix it up. Now, we'll set our mixture aside. Our last ingredient are some flaky biscuits and we're going to just pop this guy open, maybe. That's a tough one. That just means I get to do it. Oh, you can hear it. Okay, let's take a biscuit and we are going to cut this into thirds. Probably should use the shears would have been better. Oh, yeah. I didn't think of that. I didn't either. Til just now. We'll take our section. We have an ungreased mini muffin pan. Okay. And we're just going to start spreading it inside there. In the bottom and up the sides. Now, we're going to take our filling. I'm going to use a teaspoon and just start filling them up. Ooh. The recipe says a tablespoon. As you can see that's going to be a bit much. What's kind of a heaping teaspoon you have right? Right. That's good. So we'll get these filled. For this batch it's time to go to the oven. Preheated on four fifty. Not 350. 450. Pretty hot. And these little cuties are going to bake nine to 11 minutes. Alright, it's been 10 minutes. Ooh. Nice and golden, huh? Is it pretty? Mm hmm. Ooh, I'm liking that. Mhm. And it smells good. This just might be lunch. Nice. Wow. Okay so 10 minutes got us nice and puffy. The cheese is melted and it's golden brown. Uh we are definitely going to let these cool just a little bit. Um then we'll be back to taste. Wow these look amazing. They do. Ooh. They all just combined. Everything just kind of combined together. Mhm. Ooh. Oh came right out. It did. Yeah. All these just literally lift right out. I was a little concerned that they might stick in there since we didn't grease it but not with the biscuits. Let's give it a shot. I like this idea. I think there's lots of options for this. Oh. They're really good. Okay. Mhm. Wow. I'm surprised. Enough flavor for you? Mhm. Okay. Mhm. Like you said you could put just about anything in these. Great. I mean this is such a great idea.
