We're going to get this up to a boil again and cook 'em for 4 minutes. Alright, I've got that pasta that we cooked for 4 minutes. Got some Italian sausage that I cooked and I used mild but you definitely could use hot Italian sausage if you like that better. I sauteed up a little bit of red onion. I've got a mixture of Parmesan and mozzarella. I'm going to put the whole bag in there. I've got my Rayo's pasta sauce marinara sauce, my favorite. You can use whatever flavor you like. Got one more jar. This is a twenty-four ounce and I will pour maybe half this in there. That looks like it's all mixed together. So, I'm just going to remove that bowl that I have. Bowl with some spinach that I wilted and to that, I have some ricotta and I'm going to use about half of this container. This is a 15 ounce container and my family, I'm going to sprinkle with a little bit of some red pepper flakes just enough to give it a little something and I have one clove of garlic just for a little extra flavor. I'm just going to mix this together until this is all combined. Bring in our lasagna noodles with all the fixings for this sheet pan lasagna. I'm going to add it all in and I did grease my pan and then we're going to spread this out We've got our spinach and ricotta mixture and I'm just going to dollop that right on top of our lasagna. Place some more of that mozzarella and parmesan right on top of this. I have my oven set at 425 degrees. This is only going to take 30 minutes and I can't wait for you to see. Our sheet pan lasagna is done. Look at that and how easy and fast is this. I let it set for a couple minutes. I'm not sure if I let it set quite long enough but we will see but it's still really hot. Just going to take this corner piece. Oh yeah. Look at that. Oh gosh. Mm that is so good. And we've made lasagna on the sheet pan. Let me know if you try it. Yum.
