Crockpot Cheesy Tortellini

Recipe: 2 bags frozen cheese tortellini, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 bag of baby spinach, 1 carton of chicken broth, 1 block of cream cheese, 1 bag of cheese of choice, seasonings (garlic, italian seasoning, salt, pepper). Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 2 1/2 hours.
