Cajun pickled eggs 24 hard boiled eggs (pealed) 4 cups vinegar 1 cup water 2 TBSP cajun seasoning 1 TBSP Zatarain's crab boil (powdered) 2 tsp Zatarain's crab boil (liquid) 1 TBSP onion powder 2 tsp pickling spice 1 TBSP minced garlic 1 TBSP mixed peppercorns Place boiled eggs in mason jars with all ingredients except vinegar and water. Bring vinegar and water to boil. Pour boiling vinegar water over eggs in mason jars and cap. Let sit at least 2 weeks in a cool dark place.
