If your food sticks to your stainless steel pan, it's likely because you're not heating it properly. Place the dry pan on medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Splash some water on it—if it fizzles, it's not ready. But if the water forms a mercury ball effect, you're good to go. Add butter, ghee, or oil, then place your meat, fish, or eggs and let them cook undisturbed. After a few minutes, the food will naturally release, making your pan non-stick!
