Some ideas: -mud room where we entered -polished concrete floors throughout “pizza room” -convert first section of “pizza room”, closest to master, to large craft/ laundry room -remainder of “pizza room” becomes “pool house” with wet bar and pizza oven -current laundry room becomes “control center” of house (built in’s, desk, like a tiny study) -upstairs, the proposed craft room could instead be a home theatre. The room seems to perfectly lend itself to this since it’s goes with the “recreation” vibe upstairs, and only has the one window -stacked stone on wall behind bar and/or bar -stacked stone fire place
