With major surgery like C-Section, it’s important to focus on caring for your body by giving it the Rest it needs to recover. 

Along with resting, Movements are the key for fast recovery. 

You’ll get advice from everyone to stay in bed and getting out of bed will seem like a task! But don’t get confused - You need to MOVE!

Don’t tire yourself, a little walk around the room will actually help speed up the recovery.

Here’s some ways to keep mobile during recovery:

Breathing exercises
