Crayola crayons...still love the smell of a fresh box. A new box of Crayons was the best!

I was so grateful to get these No. 24 P Crayola crayons from a friend. This box is a 24 set from the 1970's. I love all the color names in this box. I also like that it comes in a hard case, and is able to protect the crayons from damage. It is a lot easier to store this way. Crayola packaged their crayons in hard boxes during this time period.

The Crayola State Crayon Collection was released in 2004. Crayola held a contest to name the 64 box colors after the states in the United States. The description on the back of the box says, "Introducing the first-ever Crayola State Crayons! Named by crayon fans from Alaska to Wyoming an every state in between. The Crayola Valentine's line consists of crayons, stamper markers, and washable Glitter Glue. It was sold at Target in 2015.

I fell in love with the 96 crayon holder tin when I saw it. The metal tin looks like a 64 crayon crayon box, and even has a crayon sharpener. The whole box comes apart, the top comes off to put in crayons and the bottom to empty the crayon shavings. Unfortunately a 96 crayon box will not fit inside. I use it to store my smaller 4 count boxes. This box is made by the The Tin Company, a company that makes a lot of Crayola's tins.

The Crayola Pop Art 64 crayons boxes came out in 2015. The box design colors are fun. One features blue, purple, green and yellow. The other is a throwback to classic Crayola boxes.
