Brandied Fruit has been a longtime favorite of my family’s kitchen down through the generations. It is a sweet, homemade concoction that is made on your kitchen counter in a 1 gal. jar. As a kid we always had Brandied Fruit in the refrigerator, and by September each year...a new batch would have been started. I suspect each aunt, and cousin, has probably switched and swapped out the fruits to suit their own family's likes/dislikes.
