Cast iron hangers pot racks

We made this pot rack out of an old wood fence section, some barnwood siding, cast iron brackets from Murphy’s and some coat hooks from Ace Hardware. We originally intended on cutting the fence in half and hanging it horizontally necessitating bracing it to a beam but were waiting for it to dry out in the house and stop warping and what not. Skillets storage!

We finally finished the kitchen remodel. The cast iron wall, the pot hanger above the island, mason jar utensil holder, paper plate holder, old fashioned bottle opener and the arrangement in the metal tub with bronze star. We used various ideas from rustic and country kitchen and put our own twist. Very happy with the changes.
