My favorite way to cook Chinese cabbage! This easy stir fry has a balanced savory, tangy, and sweet flavor with a kick of heat. The cabbage is nicely caramelized with a tender but still crunchy texture. Ready in 10 minutes, serve as a side dish to fluffy rice, noodles, or soups!
