Most materials used are from The Dollar Store!!! The loctite ($6.96) and spray paint ($5.98) were the most expensive materials for me. I had the styrofoam, paint and the bones. And again, Dollar stores and Walmart carry them if needed. 

Materials:

Plastic LIGHTWEIGHT skeleton bones. 
Lantern 
Chain 
Loctite
A box or styrofoam for your base
Black spray paint
