If you’re like me and can’t quite get into a perfect wall angel don’t worry, here are 3 exercises to help you build up to it plus some modifications to make it more accessible .  1. Seated overhead reach X 10 2. Half knee chest opener X 10 3. Prone swimmer X 10 4. Wall Angels X 10  If you are very tight in the shoulders and cannot keep them against the wall, it is OK to begin the exercise with the elbows and arms slightly forward off the wall.  As you progress, you can work towards getting your shoulders back and then the elbows, and then the hands against the wall.
