This is a new way to use the cute party horns for gift wrapping! Just grab a cute animal garland / cutout and add the blower using hot glue or foam tape to secure it The garland came with 20 die cut animals and the party horns come in a pack of 6 so you can easily rinse and repeat this same method for a bunch of gifts!
