1. Squeeze as many juicy oranges & lemons in your pot as you want (or use orange juice) - I had ~ 2 cups
2. Option to add a dash of vanilla extract and maple svrup for more sweetness
3. Sprinkle 4 tbsp of grass fed beef gelatin in the pot
4. Gently heat up the mixture on low heat until everything is combined and the mixture is totally liquid (takes ~5min)
5. Strain and pour into your glass tray (or ice cube tray)
6. Let sit in your fridge for 3-4 hours
7. Cut up into squares and enjoy :)

Store in a glass container in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks !
