Heddon of Dowagiac Michigan painted there first lure in 1898. In my opinion it was the best company that ever made fishing lures. They painted there lures with 18 coats of paint, were the first company to paint a scale pattern and there quality could not be beat. There color patterns were the best, there hardware could not be beat. This is why to this day they are the most collectable lures in time.These are just a few of my collection.

Nearly all of us have a small collection of one type or another. And those collections vary considerably.
