The Skeith Stone, between Kilrenny and Cellardyke. With Pictish carving, it probably dates from about the 7th century. In-between all the other projects being built at the Imagination Corporation these days, we have been finding time to finish off a few features for the inn. The Atlantis stone is now complete. Once it is set in the ground with vines growing up one side, it will look like it is a thousand years old

Kilnasaggart Pillar Stone, Co Armagh Standing at 2.8 metres high the Kilnasaggart pillar stone is probably the oldest dateable stone monument in Ireland. The Pillar stands in a small enclosure in the townland of Edenappa in County Armagh. We found the Recumbent Drombeg Stone Circle in a pastoral valley that was very similar to the one where Coppinger's Court is situated. The lovely recumbent stone circle is also known as The Druid's Altar, and from its location on the edge of a rocky terrace, worshippers presided over a view that gently sweeps down to the Atlantic ocean a mere 1.6 kilometres away.

Standing stones are often highly mysterious. Folklore rushes in to fill the gaps since we don't know who built them or why. Learn more here.
