My current gym has a couple stairmasters and I've been using them everyday for a little over a week now. Already lost a couple pounds and my husband's been commenting on how much more firm and perky my glutes have gotten in such a short time. This is the average workout I do on the stair master. I've worked my way up to 30 minutes so if you just start out doing 15 the first few times, that's awesome! It gets easier, I promise! I hope you enjoy it! It’s real life challenging to complete 30-40 minutes on the Stairmaster, but if you train yourself consistently to do it, it’ll get better with time.   I remember only being able to do 15 minutes 😭 & now I’m killing it. It’s one of the most effective cardio exercises bc you’re increasing your heart rate at an intense pace while also working your lower body muscles such as glutes, calves, quads.
