Painted on my all time favourite blue _ @chalkpaint #greekblue 🩵 Hopefully I'll have a few more pieces to show this week as I try to make the studio a little less 'brown' with all its unpainted pieces! Which me luck…

I am wholeheartedly convinced that we are entering a Scandinavian Folk Art Revival period. There are a few hallmarks that make Scandinavian folk art easy to spot: cheery, near-primary colors, often in unexpected combinations; simple, geometric adornment; nature-inspired motifs (especially flowers, leaves, or animals), sometimes painted in conjunction with a mythological or folk tale reference. It all just looks so sweet, home-y, and somehow, perfectly on trend. Tap to see pieces we love!
Tyrolean sideboard reproduced and decorated by hand with stylized flowers. The vivacity of the polychrome colors and the combination of the strong shades of yellow, orange and light green make this precious piece suitable for prestigious entrances and important dining rooms of luxurious residences and mountain residences.
