Have you tried bleeding tissue paper for crafting? We used crepe paper which worked great. This is a fun craft to allow your little one to exercise their fine motor skills by ripping (or cutting) the paper, placing it on the fish and spraying the water bottles. This craft is the perfect addition to an Ocean unit and pairs well with the Domino & Juliette Under the Sea Placemat!
